1. General Policy for Event Tickets & Fees
All payments for community event tickets, registrations, or participation fees (“Event Tickets”) are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you are reserving a spot that is limited in capacity. This no-refund policy applies regardless of your attendance or change of personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Cavemen Consortiums
If Cavemen cancels an event entirely, registered participants will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
If Cavemen postpones or reschedules an event, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be eligible for a full refund upon request within a specified timeframe (14 days of the new date announcement).
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at admin@cavemen.africa with the full name and email address of the new attendee at least 48 hours before the event.

2. Refund Policy for Services
At Cavemen Africa, we dedicate our time, creativity, and resources to delivering exceptional service to every client and community member. Due to the custom, bespoke, and often immediately utilized nature of our work, we have a strict no-refund policy for our services once work has commenced.
Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. Creative Services (Video Production, Branding, Content Creation)

Deposits: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate all projects. This deposit is non-refundable as it secures our time, reserves your project dates, and compensates us for the initial strategy and planning.

After Work Commences: Once project work has begun—including but not limited to pre-production planning, scriptwriting, shooting, or design concept development—all payments made are non-refundable.

Project Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project after commencement, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
